The photographer Patrick Desgraupes first came to Iceland in the year 1987. He was instantly fasinated by the beauty of the Icelandich Nature and has sice then spent a great amount of time travelling the island and photograping it. In this bokk he presents some of the results of that work.
The book contains, along with the photos, lyrical texts written by Einar Már Jónsson as well as comments on the geology of the island written by Guillaume Cannat.
