Banana split skyr is made in the same way as plain skyr, with the exception of a banana split flavouring added to the yoghurt. 

Traditional Icelandic cultured dairy product, which is a type of fresh cheese that has been strained. Skyr is made with pasteurized skimmed milk and live active cultures.
